PlanSafe - September Release

This update contains some small features and fixes based off feedback received for previous updates, along with some backend optimisations.

• Adjusted the scroll bar on the new pages to be more visible
• Updated the design of the Administrator login button to be more visible
• Added account merge history to learner accounts under the History tab
• Added presets for different content types when configuration navigations
• Added the ability to press Enter to submit details on the new login page
• Adding training to learner accounts will now send reminder emails
• Added support for multiple custom reports
• Fixed an issue where some areas of PlanSafe could not be scrolled
• Fixed an issue where enforcing videos wouldn’t work sometimes
• Other miscellaneous improvements
