PlanSafe - July Major Release

Beta Release

Finally, the wait is over. The Campus and Accounts Beta is about to be released into the wild.

This update has been created with you in mind, to significantly reduce the effort needed to manage your learner and administrator accounts.

With a fresh clean look and improved user functionality it is so much easier for you to navigate and manage. Looking after your learner accounts and their training has just levelled up a notch or two.

Fresh New Look for the Admins

This update isn’t pure function and behind the scenes work, there has been more thought and love poured into how it looks.

This is a much needed glow up for your user experience. The design now feels more intuitive to use, making PlanSafe a more pleasant experience every time you have to log on.

New Login Page

First impressions last, and we understand that. 

Thank you to all our users for providing honest and invaluable feedback. You were the inspiration to completely overhaul the login page.

This will make for a  smoother and easier experience to get you logged in and completing your training even faster. Who doesn’t love that?

Improvements from Beta

We’ve received lots of positive feedback on the Beta program for the Campuses and Accounts pages. This has helped us to focus on what matters to you and from there we have been able to make the following changes:

• Added email and training logs to learner editing.
• When editing administrator campuses, already assigned campuses are anchored to the top of the menu for ease of use on larger platforms.
• Revamped course notification settings for administrators.
• Spreadsheet deactivation – you can now upload a spreadsheet with email addresses, and it will deactivate any matching accounts. Hello bulk action admin - what a dream.
• Added a search bar so you can search through the menu items.
• Improved performance on portals with a large amount of learner accounts.
• Added additional details to the learner merge menu.
• Added Mandatory Floors feature to the new UI, so that you can force learner selection of certain plans as you could in classic.

Other Improvements

• Added Authenticator App support for Administrator accounts along with the ability to make it mandatory for all Administrators.
• Added SAML SSO (Security Assertion Markup Language Single Sign-On) for Administrator accounts on PlanSafe.
• Performance Improvements.
• Other miscellaneous fixes & improvements.
