PlanSafe - August Release

Riding off the back of the PlanSafe Login and Administrator UI update, we’ve been getting plenty of feedback and we love to hear it! This update is aimed at actioning the feedback we have received from our lovely customers with some cool new additions to boot.

Column Picker 

We have introduced the addition of a column picker to the manage learners page. Using this column picker, you will be able to customise what information you see about the learner accounts at a glance without having to jump into each individual account to view the relevant information. And the best thing about that? It saves as well so you don’t have to set it every time you visit PlanSafe! 

Campus Filtering 

We’ve added an additional filter to the learner page so that you can now filter by campus as well! This filter works in combination with the other existing filters, helping you narrow your search results down to those that are relevant to you. 

Evac Path Options 

We’ve also added the ability to show secondary paths on PlanSafe plans! Now, if this option is enabled through the campus settings, it will show all available secondary paths when in the Interactive Plans. 

Other Improvements 

• Linked email fields on the work area selection page to the learner accounts.
• Added horizontal scroll support to assignment matrixes.
• Added link overrides for the email and support options on the login page.
• Fixed some bugs when using Enhanced Security.
• Fixed a bug where plan legends wouldn’t show on MacOS.
• Fixed a bug where SSO login buttons had to be clicked twice.
• Other miscellaneous fixes and improvements.
