Magic Reminder Email Links

Ever received a training reminder and wished you could just skip having to log in and get started with your training? Well now you can! When you get an email to complete your training, the link in the email will automatically log you in for 7 days after receiving the email.

Better Icon Whitelisting

Now you can set whitelists on a per campus basis using your PlanStudio Icon Filters. Simply jump into Campus Settings and select your desired filter from the dropdown list.

Other Miscellaneous Improvements 🛠️

• When assigning a learner a new location to their account as an Administrator, they will receive a notification email to complete the training.
• Added the ability to remove individual locations from your account when clicking on the ‘update your details’ email link.
• Tweaked the tray menu behaviours on the Administrator side to automatically close when you start a new search.
• Resolved some minor visual discrepancies between pages in the Administration section.
• Resolved an issue where the Administration login button wasn’t available on portals where learners can only access via LMS.
• Resolved an issue where learners could see non-live locations on their deactivate list.
• Resolved an issue where the Compliance Dashboard exports weren’t respecting currently set filters.
