Key features of uandme include a "live" buddy list, static POI integration (e.g. bars, restaurants), subscriber proximity alerts (SMS/MMS), and a range of extension modules that offer location-based user-generated content, location-based advertising, and subscriber-tagged POI data.  Mobile operators can bill for the service using a series of configurable models, including per-transaction charges, daily-use caps, and monthly subscriptions.

Uandme is also fully extensible, enabling social network and location information to be securely incorporated into other applications and/or existing portals.
