inQbator provides seed capital and incubation services for new ventures in the Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) sector. inQbator is one of ten companies around Australia that have an agreement with the Commonwealth Department of Communication, Information Technology and the Arts (DCITA) to manage a total of $78 million of funds under the Building on IT Strengths (BITS) program.
